Madaar Developments has unveiled its newest residential project, “Kinz”, in New Zayed, with investments reaching EGP 30 billion.
Located on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, opposite Sphinx International Airport and near the Grand Egyptian Museum, “Kinz” offers prime connectivity within a rapidly growing urban hub.
Spanning 200 feddans with a low-density design (12% built-up area), the project ensures privacy, greenery, and balance. It features 1,500 units, including apartments, twin houses, townhouses, and villas—offered with full customization. Most homes overlook a 65-feddan central park, the largest in Cairo, designed as a car-free green haven with lakes, cycling and jogging tracks, children’s areas, and a dog park.
Amenities include a five-star hotel operated by a global brand, serviced apartments, a 20,000 sqm retail hub, sports and social clubs, and a cultural café. The first phase will be delivered within four years, with targeted sales of EGP 6 billion.
Eng. Ahmed Ihab, CEO of Madaar Developments, emphasized: “Kenz is not just a project but a vision for a community rooted in quality, nature, and hospitality.” He added that the launch builds on the company’s successful coastal ventures Azha Ain Sokhna and Azha Ras El Hekma, bringing the same distinctive experience to Cairo.
